“My spiritual journey began when I decided to give meditation a go. It quickly became a “must do” in my life because running a family business together with my husband, supporting our children and juggling the demands of a 21st century life had started to take its toll on my health and wellbeing. I soon discovered that meditation was to change my life for the better.

The more I meditated the greater my desire grew for learning and understanding the holistic world of healing.

I was embarking on a new adventure…

Through meditation my experience of energy fields and the power that resides within them began. This lead to my discovery of Reiki.

During my study of Reiki I practiced on myself and instantly I felt the benefits.

This inspired my study of Reiki further and in doing so opened up a new path for me to learn and practice other holistic therapies – Chromotherapy, Crystal Healing, Chakra Aura healing and Dowsing with Pendulum.

These holistic therapies have been an invaluable and priceless healing process for me personally, they have transformed my world into a better one. Much calmer where I feel balanced and at peace with myself and those around me.

I am a vessel that channels the universal life force from the highest Reiki energy to become a healing facilitator.

About Courtney:

I started my reiki journey in March 2020 and have been so passionate about reiki since then. I love being able to help people and now that I’m a master and teacher, I can pass my knowledge and passion onto others. I enjoy offering reiki at mind, body and spirit events, and work closely with the charity Above and Beyond Cancer Foundation.

I am a huge advocate for mental health and well-being and gained my mental health first aider in 2022. Being a reiki master and teacher is not my full-time vocation at the moment, I’m also a learning designer at the Open University and have been working there for over ten years.

I’m a mum and fiancé, so when I’m not working, I enjoy lots of family adventures.

About Donna:

I began my journey with different healing modalities back in 2016 when I experienced Sound Healing for myself and fell in love. I have now set out to help others in the same way Sound, Crystals and Reiki have helped me!

I use Sound therapy, Crystal healing and Reiki energy healing to help people feel more balanced, relaxed and aligned within themselves. I believe everybody needs some relaxation and help for their mental, physical and emotion wellbeing, and I love to be able to provide that to people using a range of modalities.

Reiki, Sound and working with Crystals have changed my life, and I cannot wait to share these beautiful gifts with you.

I am a mum and wife also, so when I am not helping others in this way, I enjoy spending time in nature with my large family!
