Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman

The program is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your pelvic and core health at the centre of our programme.

We offer this program on a one to one basis and a small group class.

Six one to one sessions to help you connect with your core, and pelvic floor

All the kit you need to complete the sessions both in person and at home

Holistic Core Restore® C-Section

The Holistic Core Restore® C-Section program is designed to help women re-connect with their core, to help improve movement and function following major surgery and help reduce scar pain and ‘dragging’ feelings caused by ‘stuck’ scar tissue.

Five one to one bespoke sessions to help you connect with your core, and pelvic floor

One Scar Therapy Treatment to relive the scar from adhesions, dragging and scar tissue

All the kit you need to complete the sessions both in person and at home

Access to the Holistic Core Restore® Members area where you’ll find videos to support your journey from weeks 1-6.

This program is written specifically for women who have had a c-section or major abdominal surgery. This program can be started at any stage after 12 weeks post surgery.

Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis

A BESPOKE programme grounded by a hands-on assessment, soft-tissue and massage therapy and clear direction on ESSENTIAL healing nutrition, clear instructions on helpful and non-helpful lifestyle choices and most importantly a safe, ’functional’ and modern movement and exercise programme that will help you heal your Diastasis, improve your Core function and guarantee you a better looking belly and a Pelvic Floor that does its job.

Healing a Diastasis Recti is a WHOLE BODY ISSUE, it’s not just about exercise, it’s not just about the woman’s belly and it’s not just about the gap! A deep assessment is required to start with then a programme that focusses on nutrition for healing, the woman’s breathing strategy and postural alignment, all need to be considered BEFORE we apply exercise and load.

Improve your belly, rid yourself of back pain, reconnect to your Pelvic Floor so that you both FEEL and FUNCTION better.

Holistic Core Restore® 4th Trimester

Guided by your Coach, you’ll be safely advised on gentle core re-connection, effective and time-efficient self-care strategies, organising your maternal support system for bringing your baby home and educational topics will includes essentials such as recognising and supporting Post Natal Depression and adjusting to your ‘new mom identity’.

This programme will also support you in building the strongest foundation required for your return to formal exercise alongside being advised on vital nutrition for a deep Post Natal recovery.

Holistic Core Restore® Bump

Our experienced and highly trained team can guide you through each trimester and give you strategies to stay active at each stage.

You’ll learn effective exercises for your core, pelvic floor and back to support your ever changing posture. You’ll learn beautiful stretches and releases to soften the aches and pains pregnancy often brings with it.

Six one to one sessions with an experienced pregnancy coach. Sessions will included pelvic floor and core work, exercises to strengthen your ever changing posture and massage therapy where needed

Pregnant women who are approaching their second trimester through to their third trimester. Whether you have exercised or not before your pregnancy we can give you the care you need to stay active during your pregnancy.
