Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman

The program is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your pelvic and core health at the centre of our programme.

We offer this program on a one to one basis and a small group class.

Six one to one sessions to help you connect with your core, and pelvic floor

All the kit you need to complete the sessions both in person and at home

Holistic Core Restore® Heat

It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.
Using light weights and resistance bands this workout is suitable for almost all women wanting to feel energised by their workout rather than exhausted

Six small group classes (maximum of 10 ladies)

Online members area with on demand access to exercise videos, stretch sequences and self care and relaxation videos

Holistic Core Restore® Heavy

These group classes are filled with energy, sweat and laughter. We lift bar bells, dumb bells and swing kettle bells but all programmed in the safest possible manner to ensure you are safe and your core and pelvic floor are kept strong. During your 6 week course we will start with low impact, body weight training then over the coming weeks you will learn to lift heavier weights, to move differently and you’ll learn how to engage your core correctly, keeping you injury and pain free!

Women wanting more from their workout, but who still need to be mindful of their core and pelvic floor.

Women wanting to get stronger or fitter for the sport they love or to be able to enjoy exercise and activity with their children/nieces/nephews or grand children
Women wanting to learn how to lift weights safely, effectively and with a coaches support.

6 small group sessions with a Holistic Core Restore® coach.

Access to theHCR Heavy members area where you’ll find videos of pre-recorded strength based workouts, soft tissue/self massage work and core and pelvic floor exercises for you to do at home.

Holistic Core Restore® Menowellness

Ultimately, Pelvic Health changes during the Peri-to-Post Menopause transition and it’s often a time when women start to notice a change in how their body works in terms of continence, sexual health and overall pelvic wellness. Compounded by other Menopausal symptoms, this is also often a time when women need a little extra education, support and sisterhood to navigate a changing bodily terrain in order to empower their deepest help.

If this speaks to you then you’re in the right place! MenoWellness® is a 7 week journey to your best Peri-to-Post Menopause Pelvic and overall wellbeing. Our beautiful gift to you full of information and skills that will last you a lifetime.

This course is available in small groups as well as on a one to one basis.
