About Sal:

I have over 25-years experience working with children, adolescents and adults in complementary health, wellness and social care settings. My early 20-year career as a Youth Offending and Families Social Worker helped provide a strong foundation to all the work I do, and developed my ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients of all ages. Within the last 10 years I changed my career focus to building up my private practice. Along the way I was fortunate to have been trained in person by Dr Brian Weiss, World Past Life Regression Lead and Author of ‘Many Lives Many Masters’.

Currently I continue to work with clients of all ages using a variety of modalities, which aims to empower them to achieve positive transformation and improve quality of life. My work is holistic and has effectively supported many of my clients to find resolution and gain insight for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of themselves. Some of the most common themes that my work supports is: physical symptoms, pain, trauma, difficult emotions, dysfunction, self worth and identity, relationship issues, blocks, fears, phobias, doubts, limited beliefs, uncertainty / life crossroads, patterns and repetitive cycles of behaviour.

My most popular service is Regression Therapy, and clients particularly seek me out for past life regression and group journeying workshops. I have been fortunate to have recently regressed Celebrity and TV presenter Yvette Fielding for her podcast and as well as being in talks with TV producers to show case my past life regression work. I look forward to bringing my expertise in 1-2-1 Regression Therapy (Past Life, Inner Child, Life Between Lives) as well as Group Journeying Workshops (of varying spiritual development and intuitive expanding themes) to the Happy Body Project.
