Emma Riley is offering Mindful Birth antenatal, hypnobirthing and postnatal group courses on Saturday mornings in the yoga studio.
These 5* rated courses allow expectant parents to feel calm and confident for birth. It’s a great way to meet other parents in a relaxed, cosy and welcoming space.
Emma is a mum of 2 and started ‘Ready Prep Birth’ in September 2021, also becoming a member of The Mindful Birth Group. She has supported many families with Mindful Birth courses ever since then. Covering all paths to birth, these courses equip parents with mind and body preparation, relaxation tools and knowledge of their options which is so important now more than ever.
