10th September: Menopause Yoga Workshop

This 3 hour workshop is suitable for beginners to yoga and includes a 1.5 hour extended practice including breathing practices and restorative poses which will calm, relax you and help to reduce any excess heat that you might be feeling. There will be an overview of the menopause and what you can do through lifestyle and nutrition to manage your symptoms. We will also have a “Women’s circle” to discuss and share information. We will have a break for teas/coffees and energy balls. You will leave feeling bodily refreshed and rejuvinated and also mentally Educated and Empowered to Embrace the Menopause as a positive Transition in your lives.

The practice is suitable for beginners to yoga and women at all stages of the menopause journey from perimenopause onwards (around mid 40’s) 

Props will be needed for the restorative section but there are all things that you can find at home – cushions/blankets etc and I have some spares.
