Reiki Level 1 Course 10am-16.30pm
This is a one-day reiki level 1 course where you’ll learn about the history of reiki, reiki precepts, energy exercises, self treatment and working on other people.
Level 1 gives you the foundations of reiki, then you can go onto Level 2 if you’d like to practise reiki on other people.
