What is Qigong?
Qigong is a mind body movement practice which is over 5000 years old, and is being “rediscovered” by the West as one of the most effective ways to harmonise our body, synchronise our nervous system, prevent aging and create strength, energy, and suppleness, as well as cultivating a calm, focused mind.
Many modern inflammatory health conditions, such as fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, hormonal issues, back pain and many other diseases can be managed and brought into a state of balance with Qigong.
Come and join us as we build our Qi and feel the energy build and flow within you.

at Yurt 1, the Happy Body Project, Wilstead.
