Please come and join us for a group sleep workshop, to learn how to use a technique called Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT/tapping for short. This tapping technique sends a calming message to the brain that all is well and safe, it helps to reduce stress and anxiety too. Brilliant to do at bedtime as part of your wind down routine.
Please bring along mats, blankets, pillow and wear comfortable clothes, you’ll be getting to experience a guided meditation and nap at the end too.
