Open to all women on their menopause journey – perimenopause, the menopause, post menopause.
It’s easy to feel isolated and alone when you go through menopause. Sharing your experiences with other women, laughing and embracing the changes whilst learning from each other can be enriching and supportive.
In Menopause Yoga you will learn poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices to manage your main menopause symptoms. Classes also aim to incorporate useful Top Tips to help you manage your menopause day to day.
We take an holistic view of managing menopause symptoms so diet, natural remedies, nutrition, ayurveda and medical approaches to HRT and managing post menopause symptoms are regularly shared within the class environment.
Finding a community of like minded women could be a lifeline and a place of respite during one of the most turbulent and life changing periods in a womans life.
