Wim Hof Method Breathwork with Roy Castleman
Roy is a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. He will take you through a guided breathing workshop.
Everything starts from the breath…but modern society has led to over breathing, mouth breathing and an intolerance to vital gases that we need to survive and thrive. Using techniques like the Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage, you can rediscover your vitality through the art of correct breathing. When performing the breath techniques, you are completely altering your nervous system and therefore, many biological reactions.
By stimulating a deliberate a short-term stress reaction you build up a much bigger resistance to daily stressors, you will be psychologically and physically in better control of your reactions and responses.
Yin Yoga with Rosanna Harding
Join Rosanna for an hour of yin yoga to work deep into the connective tissue, massage the myofascia, create space and mobilise the joints. This slow paced, calm class is suitable for all and lots of options can be offered throughout the class
Aromatherapy Workshop with Sam, AuroraStar Therapies
We have a truly wonderful workshop for you. Sam will guide you to make your very own, personal, aromatherapy blend using essential oils. You’ll take this home in a roller ball so you can use it as part of your self care practise.
Tantric Hatha Yoga with Ella
Don’t be put off by the name ‘Tantric’! Tantric Hatha Yoga is nothing to do with spicing up your sex life! Instead Tantric Hatha Yoga is the pursuit of mental clarity and inner harmony.
You’ll be moving through some Gentle movement with breath and mantra before sinking into guided a relaxation and meditation. Allowing you to be you- just as you are.
Sound Bath Experience with Donna, DC Therapies
Donna will end our day with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath. Waves of soothing, echoing sounds from traditional wind and percussion instruments will guide you into a full body meditative state.
A delicious lunch and snacks are provided throughout the day. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know.
Please bring with you a pillow and yoga style mat.
