The ‘Dragon Gong Journeys’ Duo are coming to the stunning Happy Body Project yurt for an intimate smaller group experience in the heart of nature. The yurt creates a stunning space for a gong journey.

Dragon Gong Journeys’ intention is to offer something different and new with a musical, calm and soothing approach supporting the mind and body.
Allow your mind and body to relax to the vibration and sound of gong whilst lying on a mat or sitting up on your mat propped up again the yurt wall. (If you require chair seating please contact the duo via email at least 72-hours in advance to arrange this.)
Take this yurt gong event as a new experience – a time to self indulge and relax – a time to enjoy hearing something musically different – get to meet other similar minded folk. The Dragon Gong Journeys Duo, will be there to facilitate your experience.
One of the duo will use their soothing voice and group facilitation experience to begin / end the journey with a guided relaxation; along with some reflective thoughts around the theme of the session.
Attendees are advised to bring: a mat, cushion and blanket. Also you may want to consider bringing an eye mask (as the yurt ceiling can be bright.) Warmth and comfort is highly recommended for a gong journey as body temperature can shift!
Attendees will be asked attendees to: silence phones, use the toilet before the event starts and remove shoes on arrival outside the yurt.
If you know you snore or breath loudly when rested or asleep please consider the following suggestions for the event to limit the chances of this happening: sit up leaned against the yurt wall; or lie on your side; or attend with a friend who can nudge you if you begin snoring or breathing loudly. In order to help maintain a peaceful environment for all attendees the duo will lightly tap anyone they notice to be snoring / breathing loudly so they are made aware of this.
The event will run for up to 75-minutes. The Dragon Gong Journeys duo will be around for discussion thereafter.
This event is not suitable for children under 12 or pets.
Please arrive from 18:25 onwards. The doors will close at 18:35 with no admittance permitted after this time.
* If you cannot attend the event beyond the refund time you are welcome to sell your ticket on or pass it onto a friend (however please make Dragon Gong Journeys aware of attendee changes prior to the event by email)
