A mindful Day of Self Care – 30th June 10.30-16.30pm hosted by Berni @ Mindlight Meditation

Whether we are aware of it or not we spend the vast majority of every day with our ‘game face’ on.

This is the aspect of ourselves that we present to the outside world and it serves us well, enabling us to have difficult conversations, problem solve and surmount every day obstacles.

However, it essential for our mental and physical health that we periodically take time out to drop this external counternance and

‘return home to who we really are’.

​Our retreat offers you the opportunity to move from a state of constant alertness to a state of conscious awareness thus entering a restful realm from which you can explore aspects of your inner being that are normally hidden.

Our aim is to help you reconnect and honour the ‘authentic you’. Emerging from your day relaxed, revived and able to function effortlessly and with greater compassion for yourself and others.

11.45 – 12.00 Drinks and Insight

12.00 – 13.00 Body Scan – Calling back your energy

13.00 – 14.00 Nutritious and Declicious Lunch

14.00 – 15.00 Human Being or a Human Doing?

15.00 – 16.00 Soul Sync Meditation

16.00 – 16.30 Insight

16.30 – Farewells
