About the course

Introducing HCR Rel-ease! This programme will change FOREVER how you feel about ‘stretching’ and taking time out, ALONE for you own mind, body, soul and spirit!
Aches, pains and changes to one’s posture as we travel through life are pretty standard for most women and many simply ‘put up’ with muscular aches and a loss of freedom of movement when there are both simple and delicious solutions easily available to us.

Holistic Core Restore® Release combines some yoga techniques with Pilates and some scientific based myofascial releases. Using this variety of techniques allows us to truly stretch and mobilise the body giving you pain relief, improved posture and improved circulation……not to mention some CALM!

Using massage balls and stretchy exercise bands we will work our way from the feet up to the head, stretching and realigning as we go.
