Holistic Core Restore® Heavy
About the course
These group classes are filled with energy, sweat and laughter. We lift bar bells, dumb bells and swing kettle bells but all programmed in the safest possible manner to ensure you are safe and your core and pelvic floor are kept strong. During your 6 week course we will start with low impact, body weight training then over the coming weeks you will learn to lift heavier weights, to move differently and you’ll learn how to engage your core correctly, keeping you injury and pain free!
6 small group sessions with a Holistic Core Restore® coach.
Access to theHCR Heavy members area where you’ll find videos of pre-recorded strength based workouts, soft tissue/self massage work and core and pelvic floor exercises for you to do at home
Women wanting more from their workout, but who still need to be mindful of their core and pelvic floor.
Women wanting to get stronger or fitter for the sport they love or to be able to enjoy exercise and activity with their children/nieces/nephews or grand children
Women wanting to learn how to lift weights safely, effectively and with a coaches support.
This program is a 6 week course, so please get in touch with us to find out when the next course starts. Courses run throughout the year.
