Shanice is a dedicated and highly skilled personal trainer with over 15 years of
experience in the fitness industry, with that said Shanice has fond memories of
helping her dad teach fitness classes when she was only 5 years old in her school
hall many, many years ago!
Shanice specialises in functional fitness, strength training, core strength,
menopause fitness training, body weight training and HIIT, helping clients achieve
their health and fitness goals through personalised training programs.
Shanice is known for her big smile, warm personality, listening ear and her no
nonsense approach! Her motivational skills are second to none leading to client
success stories and clients surpassing their fitness (and personal) goals.
Shanice takes pride in creating a supportive and empowering environment for
clients of all fitness levels, and ensures a holistic approach to fitness is employed.
When Shanice is not training clients, she enjoys walking, bodyweight strength
training and keeping up to date with fitness knowledge she is currently studying a
Pre & Postnatal course.

Alongside training Shanice enjoys meals out with her husband and spending time
