“I began my movement journey at a young age, in weekly ballet, tap and modern dance classes in Bedfordshire. This soon turned into a love of contemporary dance, where I went on to train and receive a BA (hons) in Dance from the University of Lincoln.

Here I was first exposed to yoga through my dance tutors, where it was used for strength and flexibility training. Post-university, I worked freelance performing and teaching dance, in and around London and the home counties.

Living in London, I fell into marketing, but yoga provided a calm oasis from city life and a platform to continue to explore movement and remain curious. I use the tool of yoga (in its many forms), to keep me focussed, grounded, mindful to find some peace in the day to day. So I can keep coming home to myself, time after time, when things get tough.

Now back in Bedfordshire, I hope to spread this joy of movement and mindfulness through classes, workshops and courses.”
