Kate is a qualified Colour Teacher and organisational systems coach who runs an international colour therapy practice based on the principles she developed when she co-wrote and published Colourful Boardrooms in 2017. She loves working with those in the “liminal space” who feel lost because they know they want to change but cannot yet see what the future looks like. She guides them to find their true north by supporting the processing of repressed, suppressed and unexpressed emotions.
As a blender with a wide range of qualifications, she has a very creative approach that helps give clients greater clarity and a renewed sense of purpose so that they are able to create a life they love. She helps them to face their shadow be that addiction, avoidance or denial patterns so that they can find the extraordinary within the ordinary. She offers coaching, constellation and archetype work; and tailored bespoke programmes such as retreats. She is known as a colour psychologist because colour is her primary modality. It is an excellent tool to enable integration because it works with the body, mind and soul as it is visual, kinaesthetic and olfactory as well as auditory.
She believes that real success comes when you stop to connect to your deeper essence. She helps clients reclaim their wholeness and rediscover their true self by providing a safe space where it is possible to unravel the wounds amidst which the soul hides waiting to be revealed. Others have described her work as both subtle and powerful as she comes from a place of love with a desire to bring all of who you are into a place of acceptance with what is.
She has a particular interest in neurodivergence as there is dyslexia, dyspraxia and processing issues in her own family. She also has experience working with non-binary clients.
When she is not working or being with her teenage daughters and husband, you are likely to catch her on the Ouse rowing or out walking Benji her cocker spaniel.
