About Hannah:

Finding the right psychologist that suits your needs can be overwhelming and daunting. Still, it is one of the most important parts of therapy. My warm and friendly approach promotes a safe, reflective, non-judgemental space to talk, ensuring that you feel as comfortable as possible. I am passionate about helping promote your psychological well-being and empowering you to grow and transform in this tricky world that we live in.

I have extensive experience working across various settings within the NHS, offering psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations. Having worked within Child Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Adult Mental Health settings, I am skilled at working with various difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. I also have extensive experience working in forensic settings, including prisons, secure mental health hospitals and the probation service.

I offer an integrative approach to ensure that therapy is individualised and person-centred to you. I draw on several evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These approaches help individuals find new strategies and gain different perspectives on their difficulties.

When I am not working you can often find me running, playing netball or walking my dog Boris.
