“Having spent the majority of my working career within the armed forces and emergency services, I recognise the challenges that can impact the mental wellbeing of men and women in that line of work.
I qualified as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist to help my friends and colleagues and have now decided to take my passion to the outside world.
I love the idea of the Happy Body Project. I want my clients to feel relaxed and see the studios as a haven from the stresses of the outside world.
